Are your boxes cleaned and sanitized?
Yes! We understand that you're placing your personal items in our totes, which is why we hold our cleaning process to a very high standard. Our boxes are cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected before every delivery.
Are reusable moving boxes safe?
Absolutely! The flip-lid tops on reusable moving totes eliminate the need to use tape dispensers with serrated edges or a blade while unpacking. Their sturdy and stackable design also means you'll never have to worry about anything falling out of the bottom when carried or them toppling over when stacked!
Do I need to be home for delivery and pick up?
Yes, we do need someone home during both pickup and delivery. However, we will work with you to figure out the best time that works for you. To ensure we are respecting your time, we agree upon a one hour time slot and text you when we are about 15 mins out.
Are you a Moving Company?
No, we are not movers; we rent out our reusable, stackable, stronger-than-cardboard moving totes that are commercial grade and made in the USA! Our goal is to reduce the use of cardboard that will end up in the landfill while eliminating the headache of acquiring, assembling, and discarding boxes.
How does it work?
Choose the number of totes you need based on your home’s size, then reserve them online. We’ll deliver them to your current home and pick them up from your new one. It's that simple!
How long do I get to use the boxes?
That’s completely up to you—we offer flexible rental periods of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 weeks, with our 4-week option being the most popular. We even offer custom plans to fit your schedule. For example, if your boxes are delivered the Saturday before your move, you’ll have one week plus to pack and move, followed by extra time to unpack and get settled in your new home.
Can I buy some totes?
Yes, we charge $35 per tote.
What if a tote or dolly gets damaged?
Our totes and dollies are designed to handle the harsh nature of a move. In case a tote gets damaged to the point where we need to recycle it, we will charge $35 per tote. The dollies are more expensive at a replacement cost of $75 per dolly.
What size are the totes?
They are 27" long by 17" wide and 12" tall. They all nest inside each other when empty.
